Free delivery is not available for Macau.

2.Delivery notification

After the payment is verified. A “Confirmation of delivery” e-mail will normally be received 2-4 working days after placing an order. The e-mail contains the details of shipment as well as a tracking number a link. You can click on the link to track the order

3.Undelivered arrangement

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a notification e-mail will be send out. Self-collection should be arranged upon production of a print-out of the notification e-mail at the PRIVATE I Salon. 4.Returns and Refunds

PRIVATE i Beauty Shopping does not accept returns and refunds (expect for defective merchandise).

A.Return and Refunds of defective merchandise

Merchandise may be returned and refunds provide that:

1.Any merchandise that is returned within 7 days after receipt (based on the sign delivery record);

2.Any merchandise that has not been opened or used (e.g. plastic wrap removed);

3.PRIVATE i Beauty Online Shopping determines that the merchandise is defective; and

4.Replacement of merchandise will be arranged upon the availability of the same model of merchandise

B.Return and replacement of defective merchandise procedures

1.E-mail to info@pibeauty.com with a clear indication of order numbers, item codes, quantity and the reason for return etc or make a appointment by phone (852-2970 3033).

2.Return the merchandises along with our acknowledgement email 7 working days from receiving the e-mail to PS Group office (Address: Suites 1201-05, 12th Floor, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King's Road, North Point, Hong Kong) for replace same products; or you can arrange the third-party logistics to carry out related returns and exchanges.

In case merchandise of same model is not available, refund will be arranged.

C.Refund and timeline

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned merchandise we will first verify its condition. All non defective merchandise will neither receive refund nor return.

Upon confirming that the returned merchandise is defective, an refund notification e-mail will be sent out. The original purchase amount (except the shipping fee if any) will be credited back to the paypal account used by customer to purchase the defective merchandise.

Once the order have completed. PRIVATE i Beauty Online Shopping do not accept any changes on ordered merchandise, delivery address or cancelling
